Even as the token artsy kid, my KAMSC education gave me a wicked edge in the 'real world'. Who knew critical thinking and scientific inquiry could be so useful!

KAMSC Integ Math III/PrecalInstructors:Mr. Modhi Alshehri Mr. Mark Cardwell Description:Integrated Mathematics III continues the unified approach of math. Math III concentrates on two areas: trigonometry and functions. Functions studied include trigonometric, polynomial, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic. The concentration is on relating the algebraic expression and its graph to data found in the real world, so that a mathematical model can be written. The methods used are both algebraic and graphical. Graphing Calculators are used for almost all problems, including some that have no algebraic approaches. An exploratory and graphical introduction to experimental design, discontinuity, the definition of limits, and vector analysis is also provided. |
