Discrete Mathematics deals with discrete phenomena (countable-based on integers), as opposed to continuous phenomena (based on the real numbers, as in calculus). While this is not a computer class, the topics covered are useful for anyone who will use computers. This course is an important preparation for higher level Computer Science
